‍Eamon’s story begins 1978 in Co. Armagh, Northern Ireland, where he grew up during “the Troubles”. Following a successful career in the corporate arena, a mental breakdown forced a complete reappraisal of his life and profession.

Throughout his life, even during the dark times, sports coaching has been a constant. Receiving help from psychologists during his recovery led Eamon to study the field of psychology. Minute9 is the result of those two interests combining; sport and psychology.

He now aspires to redefine the essence of how coaches approach half-time strategies.
